He obtained his Ph.D. at the department of computer science in National University of Singapore (NUS), supervised by Prof. Bingsheng He. He obtained his Bachelor degree at Huazhong University of Science at Technology (HUST). His research interest lies in privacy-preserving machine learning, including federated learning, differential privacy, and machine unlearning. He received the Dean's Graduate Research Excellence Award in 2023.
